Causes: out of all the germs a few are resistant. As the non-resistant ones die off, the resistant ones begin spawning more and more and eventually making scientist search for a new vacccine.
Solutions: Wash your hands often to prevent germs from spreading. Use simple hygene, ( handsoap ).
Effects: There may not be any treatment sadly, leaving you uncurrable until there is one.

When to use Antibiotics:Use antibiotics for such things as the flu. Do not use alot or any antibiotics when contracting a cold. It will NOT help.
