This is how the anorexic see them selves.

Anorexia is an eating disorder desease, but it is also a mental desease. When (mostly young girls or womens) think or are influenced finding they are over weight, when in reality they are in weight loss. Media or emotional problems are a sources of influence. Their mind tells them to stop eating and so they don't getting enough nutrients.

Biological:There might be genetic changes that cause anorexia, however it wouldn't be the only factor. Psychological:Young women generally think they are never thin enough. So they stop eating to be perfect in their eyesSociety Pressure:The media always talk about how skinny and pretty the actresses or singers are. The young girls want to look like them.

TreatmentsThe first goal of an anorexic person is to recover a healthy weight by accepting food. For severe cases you will need to be hospitalized where you will be feeded by a tube which is placed into your nose which then goes into your stomach.This tube is called nasogastric tube.
