How important is staying healthy ?I believe that health is one of the most important aspects of life, more valuable than money.When you are healthy, you not only have no aches and pains but you are also physically fitter, more emotionally balanced, better socially adjusted.We should take care of our health because it´s the most important thing in our life , but we don´t realise it until we´re ill. We only start thinking about our health, when we get sick.

What is meant by wholesome food?

1- enough/lot of vitamins, eat fruit and raw vegetables, drink good water2 - eat slowly, take time to eat, eat more times a day in small amounts3 - eat preferably lean meat, fish, poultry, dark bread instead of white, vegetable oil and butter4 - void fat meat, animal fat and high calorie dishes5 - not eat smoked meat and sausages, not drink sweet drinks, little salt and spices, little or no coffeine
