Kwakiutl TribeThe kwakiutl tribe lived in rectangularhouses with bark roofs. Usally these houses are up to 100 feet tall. Also each house kept as much as 50 people. Today there are still things made out of cedar wood, but are only used for ceremorial purposes. They were fishing people. The men hunted deer and birds. The Kwakiutl women gathered clams, shelfish, seaweed, and also roots.Only some men wore breech cloth. Kwakiutl women wore skirts made of cedar bark. Both men and women wore moccasin for their feet. Their region is in the Northwest coast.

SeminoleThe Seminole tribe lived in houses named cickees. Cickees were madeof wood and plaster. The roofs were thatched with palmetto fiber. The Seminole tribe were farming people. Men hunted deers, wild turkeys, rab-bits, turtles, and alligators. Women harvested crops of corn, beans, and squash. Men wore breechcloths. Seminole women's skirts were usually woven from palmetto. They wore moccasin on their feet. Their region is in the Southwest woodland.

Native Americans

HopiHopi people lived in houses named adobe. Adobe is clay and straw baked into hard bricks. They also used clay. The Hopi people used ladders to reach the upstair apartments. Hopi people are expert farmng people. They plant corn, beans, squash, cotton, tobacco, and raised turkey for meat. Hopi men hunted deer, antelope, and elk. Hopi women wore cotten dresses called mantas. Hopi men wore breechcloths or short kilts(men's skirts). Both women and men wore deerskin moccasins on their feet. Their region was in the desert.

Nez PerceThe Nez Perce lived in Earth houses. They made their houses by digging in dirt. After they began hunting buffalos they started using teepees. They were fishing and hunting people. They hunted deer and elk. Women gathered roots, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Women wore deerskin dresses. They both wore moccasin for their feet. They had beadwork, shells, and painted designs on some of their cloths. Their region was in the Great Basin.

InuitIn the Winter the Inuits built houses called " igloos ". In the summer they hunt animals to make their houses. In the summer they also had some houses made out of mud and wood. In the Winter they would hunt seals, walruses, and bowhead whales. They used harpoons to hunt animals. They also ate fish and sometimes in the summer they would find moth and eat it. They made some cloths out of animal skin. Here are some animals they use for fur:Polar bears, rabbits, and fox fur.They made jackets, pants, shirts, hats, and boots from animal skin. The Inuits region is the Artic.

Pawnee TribeiThe Pawnee atecorn,bean,squash,sunflowersunflower, buffalo,and antelopes. Also they would gather horses to hunt buffalo. They used baffalo to make their teep-ees. They wore moccasin for shoes. Men wore br-eechcloths, and leather leggings. Their clothsare made from deerskin,and buffalo skin.Women wore deerskin skirts, and poncho-like blouses. Their region was in the plains.
