Ancient Greek babies had a hard time surviving and weren't usually named until the seventh or tenth day of life. If a baby was born deformed it might have been abandoned on a mountain.

The Trojan War took place in Troy against the Greeks. The Greeks were lead by the greatest heroes of Greece, Achilles, Diomedes, Odysseus, Nestor, and two wariors named Ajax. The Greeks convinced Troy that they surrendered and made a horse out of wood, and hid in it, then Troy brought it in as a trophy, and at night while all of Troy was sleeping the Greeks jumped out of the Horse and won the Trojan War
Homer
Homer is known for writing the Iliad and The Odyssey. Ancient Greeks believed that Homer was the first and greatest of the epic poets.
