Mummies A mummy is a dead human or animals, that it's skin and organ have being preserved. The corpse have being wrapped up by strips of linen, the organs have being taken out of the corpse is because that it was the first thing to decompose. Mummies of humans and animals have been found all around the world, as a result of natural preservation through unusual conditions. Over one million animal mummies have been found in Egypt, many of them were cats The oldest known naturally mummified human corpse is 6,000 years old, found in 1936 in South America.

Book of the dead The Book of the Dead is an ancient Egyptian funerary text, which was used from the start of the New Kingdom to around about 50 BCE. It wasn't actually a book, it was just a name for a bunch of different magical spells that was writen down in many different ways. Egyptologists find that most of the spells were to help the ancient Egyptian to safely reach their afterlife, they believe that afterlife was actually a real place and that those spells can help them get to that place. The book of the dead was putted between the mummies hand.

Weighing of the Heart Ancient egyptian believe that if someone did something bad in their life their heart will get heavier after they died, and they also belived that they will traveled to a heavenly place called 'afterlife' when they died. But to get to this place there's rule, they need to have a light heart, so that means they can't do anything bad in they whole intire life and for the opposite they need to do a lots of good things to keep their heart a light weight. To find out if their heart is heavy or not, they need to enter a place called 'the Hall of Maat' when they died. The god Anubis will then weigh their heart, if their heart is heavy then the god Anubis will suddenly appear and it them up. That's what the ancient Egyptian belives.

Osiris, God of the Underworld Osiris is the eldest son of the God of Underworld Kaibu and Mutter, they were originally the earth and plant's God. He teach the skills of people's life, we all like him. Osiris's brothers were all jeolous about him, and he got killed by his brothers so many times, but he was alive again.. He was treated as the supreme ruler of the Underworld, a symbol of eternal life. Isis is the ancient Egyptian God of motherhood and fertility, one of the skittle God. She is a repeated rebirth of God, and Orsiris and her had a baby together.
