Egyptians mainly used wheat, barley, red meat, fish and vegetablesEgyptians often drank beer, and if they were rich enough wine.Common Egyptian meals included bread, rice and fish as well as a variety of red meat. They also Occasionally had fruit for dessert.

Food

Both use large amounts of meat.Both have large amounts of alcohol.Australians and Egyptians both use a lot of meat.

Salt, Oil, Sugar, Alcohol, red meat.Beer, coffee, soft drink and tea can often be found in the hands of many Australians.Since Australian culture is made up from all over the world we do not exactly have staple meals, although if I had to i would probably say spaghetti, bolognese and anything greek.

There Gods all controlled and protected different aspects of egyptian lives.The lives of ancient Egyptians were heavily affected by rituals. Ancient Egyptians prayed to Gods and made sacrifices.Ancient egyptians believed that the earth was made from clay and floated on a great body of water. At the time of Ancient Egypt the normal to wear was a skirt or shendyt (made from many materials) belted at the waist.Women's clothing in Ancient Egyptian often revolved around a long dres called kalasiris. The kalasiris could be worn down to the ankle and the length of it showed how high you were in social terms.Ancient Egyptians often used many different types of animal skin, such as leather or goat hide.

Fashion

Both wear short bottom clothing.Both wear long dresses.Both use leather as a mainstream product.

Today Men often wear shorts or jeans, a cotton shirt and leather shoes. During winter they might wear a wool jumper.Woman In Australia today often wear a dress with a strapped or strapless top, or a skirt. For footwear they usually wear high heeled leather shoes or flat leather shoes.In Australia today the most common materials are cotton, leather and wool.
