American Revolution

in my mind this song perfectly embodies any revolution

its happening just like this all across the country peacefull protests being met with violence hopefull in 200 years or so police wont be this ignorant and people wont have to go through this in the 20th or 21st century.

this song perfectly captures the horror of what goes on hear

John Adams' last public words as a toast for the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the Declaration of Independence

Children should be educated and instructed in the principles of freedom.John Adams, Defense of the Constitutions, 1787

the enlightenment ideals feuled the revolution by giving them the belifs that all men are equal. This also spurred the idea that the Americans deserve to be treated equal to the brittish.

Guns and Roses sang about the Civil War...not Revolutionary War. I understand why you were using it though. Just want to make sure you knew :)

Cool Hand Luke opening to the song is always a great thing to hear :)
