Q - The Quartering Act was when Parliament said that you have to quarter British soldiers, meaning to give them shelter and food.

R - Paul Revere gave the midnight ride to warn the colonies that the British were coming.

S - The Sugar Act is an act that Parliament passed putting taxes on sugar and indigo.

T - The Townshend Acts were passed beginning in 1767 by Parliament of Great Britain to impose taxes on glass, lead, paints, paper, and tea imported into the colonies.
