How do you feel know?My feeling depend on many related categories such as Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Motivation, Empathy and Social Skill. Usually there is a very strong relationship between EI, coaching and performance. If most of these categories that I mentioned above occurred between the two parts then, the result is going to be having a great and strong feeling and successful relationships with your team. Finally I feel great!.

Emotion intellingenceI would to say the emotional intelligence is the ability to understand and manage moods and emotions in the self and others, contributes to effective leadership in organizations .The major aspects of emotional intelligence, the appraisal and expression of emotion, the use of emotion to enhance cognitive processes and decision making, knowledge about emotions, and management of emotions, are described.

Change measureMeasuring Change: monitoring and evaluating Leadership Programs focuses on building individual and organizational skills for monitoring and evaluation through interactive learning sessions. This is the way that informs me what I achieved and what I want to. I strongly believe with the author in his book that In order to prevent the employees value seeping into a coaching session, coaches must have both a high regard for others and a high self-awareness, noticing when they have an emotional response to a statement and not allowing this ‘emotional hijack’ to take over their thoughts and action.

As a result, when important occasions arise, you will have the gift, the style, the sharpness, the clarity, and the emotions to affect other people.

Current Currant is challenging and sometimes tricky for something that will replace running to keep the organization to the better way. In current sometimes set goals that come out of a personal or professional I mean coachee’s the desire to improve some element of our life.This is the kind of strength that helps me and helps others. It’s not imposed on us: it’s of our own free will and we feel we’re in charge of our decision.So this will be the truth of our situation and sometimes it feels as if goals are set for us. We’re told we need to change you face or something in lifestyle habits for our own good health. The coachee’s make redundant and encouraged to look for doing a good job. The organization wants to do performance indicators development plans.

IntelligenceIntelligence means our self-regard and awareness. Intelligence covers a number of mental abilities such as reasoning, planning and problem-solving. The topic of intelligence is one of the biggest and most challenging issues for scientist and there are many theories and testing in the history about intelligence. Also, emotional intelligence is an important emotional ability that effect and influences others. Leadership and cooperation are great recourses to motivate the researchers and a person does not need to be a leader or a manager to feel this way. As a leader or manager, however, one should realize that although he or she may feel that they are pulling everyone else's weight in the organization; it is likely that the person's co-workers see things very differently. Regardless of the reality of this situation, it is important that co-workers at least perceive that management and staff are members of the same team.

EmotionsEmotions are a power force that has great effects on people. The emotions are the relationships will become more productive and more fulfilling.Usually, very strong emotion can change people’s decisions and actions that they didn’t usually in their regular life perform. In our daily life, it is great way if we are able to connect feeling to emotions and have a moment-to-moment awareness of emotions .As a result this will influence people thoughts and actions. The best way to understand people’s emotion by asking them many questions such as: How are you feeling today? Where do you feel it? And what does it tell you. Unfortunately, without emotional awareness, we are unable to fully understand our own motivations and needs, or to communicate effectively with others.
