Defenition: the expression of emotions anyone can relate to in an abstract form, as normal images aren’t enough to portray the message that the artists want to convey in the paintings.

He taught at a school as the only art teacher there. he was born on March 24, 1880 and died onFebruary 17, 1966.

Jackson Pollock:Jackson Pollock was born on January 28, 1912, in the state of Wyoming. He studied under Thomas Hart Benton, where he had been introduced to the art of Abstract Expressionism. It was during the Great Depression when his early works of this art were then popularized. After his death, he had been known as one of the greatest ‘modern’ artists of the 20th century.
