Lincoln was shot at 10:15 PM

Lewis Powell was given the task of killing Secretary Seward. He got to his room while Seward was sleeping and stabbed him in the neck and face. Seward survived multiple stab wounds

12 days after the assasination, Booth was found at a farm in Virginia by Union troops.

Booth killed President Lincoln with 44-caliber gun.

Abraham Lincoln was shot at 10:15 but he was not killed. He was taken out of the theater and was treated by a doctor. Lincoln was not going to make it so they put him on a bed and waited. Lincoln died at 7:22 am the next day.

After Booth had shot Lincoln, Rathbone, who was in the box with Lincoln, lungged for Booth and was stabbed in the arm.

After Booth shot Lincoln and stabbed Rathbone, he jumped from the box and yelled "Sic Semper Tyrannis."

George Atzerodt was given the task to kill the vice president, Andrew Johnson. That night he checked into the same hotel that the vice president was staying in. When it got to the time that he was supposed to make his move, he stopped at the bar to build up the courage to do it, but he never moved past the bar.

When the Union found out that Dr. Samuel Mudd cared for Booth, he was convicted.
