Lincoln's way:When somebody didn't do something right, Lincoln didm't like that. For example, when we were fighting in the Civil War, Lincoln replaced his generals about 10 time, because they weren't doing the job Lincoln wanted.Even when General Meade won the Battle of Gettysburg, Lincoln replaced him because Meade didn't charge after Confederates when they were hurt. That shows how strict President Lincoln was.
