You can start being open by not closing yourself off to new ideas; be willing to listent o other people's beliefs and opinions.

Maintain positive relationships with family, friends, and coworkers. Surround yourself with healthy relationships and do not get caught up in unhealthy ones.

The ability to express all natural feelings whether they be fear, anger, sadness, happiness, etc. Also, individuals must be able to cope with the unforseen challenges life may bring.

The ability to develop congruency between values and actions and to realize a common purpose that binds creation together contributes to our Spiritual Wellness.

The ability to recognize our responsibility for the quality of water, air, and the environment as a whole. Also, the ability to make a positive impact on our environment whether it be from our home our as a community.

The ability to get personal fulfillment from our jobs or our chosen career fields while still maintaining balance in our lives. Our ocupational wellness also thrives off of the idea that we contribute to careers that are moral and make positive impact on our society.

The ability to open our minds to new ideas and experiences that can be applied to personal decisions, group interaction and community betterment. This also ties in with our willingness and desire to learn new concepts and improve skills.

The ability to realize that our behaviors have direct impact on our physical wellness. This leads us to have to adopt healthy habits such as clean eating and being active.

.Ways to contribute to social wellness:-invest time in friends and family whom make you happy and offer positive influence. Don't try to mend riendships/relationships that bring anger, stress, or insecurity.Ways to contribute to environmental wellness:- Participate in local beach cleanups, recycle when possible, take shorter showers, and even get a reusable water bottle!
