RatingOn a scale of one to ten, ten being the best, I would rate this book a 10. The reason why I would rate this book a 10 is it really tells an unbelievable story of survival against all odds. It’s hard to believe that someone as famous as Louis Zamperini, an Olympic athlete, could be sent away to defend our country. Not only is this story unbelievable, it’s also a true story. During the book, Louis Zamperini often gives a first hand account of the ordeal.

RecommendationI'm recommending this book to my peers because I think that Unbroken gives many life lessons to readers. One life lesson is to never give up no matter how bad the odds seem. All in all, Unbroken is a fantastic book that connects to readers of all ages. I believe that everyone should read this book

Why I read UnbrokenThe reason I read Unbroken is because one day my dad came home raving about this book he read and wanted me to read it. At first I was a little sceptical but after the first chapter, I was hooked.
