Safety techniques:There are not many things that can go wrong with the curl exercise. The biggest issue is when you try to lift too much weight you will compensate with your back and risk injury. Keep the weight to a manageable level so that you don’t cheat and use your back.4 alternate excercizes:curl bar, cable curls, hammer curls, bicep curl machine

step by step!1. start with the dumbells down by your sides and inhale.2. pull the dumbells up towards your chest using your muscles and exhale.3. bring the dumbells back down towards your sides while inhaling.
