[2009] Lindsey & Rikki: Leg Press

The 3 major muscle groups worked are the Quadriceps (front of thigh), the Hamstrings (back of thigh) and the Gluteals (backside).

1. Have spotters on both sides & have them remove the safety latches.2. The spotters will not lift the weights for you but will hold their hands on the padding to make sure it does not fall on you.
