LEAD USABILITY ENGINEER

Usability engineers work to ensure that end users can effectively and efficiently use systems. They iteratively design and evaluate systems to continuously improve their usability, ensuring that they meet end user needs and customer requirements. They collaborate with a wide variety of other roles including team leads, product managers, customers, end users and developers, and documenters to help identify usability requirements, metrics, and to support their design and evaluation activities. This job typically requires formal training in usability engineering and human-computer interaction in addition to 3-5 years of industry experience.Yearly Income: Roughly $66,714Weekly Hours: 8-hr workday, 5 days a week.
