Ingredients:4 cups water1 1/2 cups dashi1/2 cup miso paste1/2 cup cubed tofu2 tablespoon chopped green onion1 tablespoon seaweed Directions:1.Pour the water into the pot and bring to the boil. Add the dashi and whisk. Turn the heat to meduim-low and add the tofu. Add the seaweed and simmer for 2 minutes. 2.Add the miso past to the pot and whisk until completely dissolved.Top with green onion and serve immediately.
