At a Distance Force
On CONTACT forces
a push or pull, that act on
These are not the forces you are looking for
Push is well.... a push! Or to make more sense to aliens (who can speak english and have no ideas about forces) is to move something away from you, like this image!
Pull is when you bring something toward you like when you pull a rope in a game of tug -of- war or when pull open a door!
Have you ever done the "twist?" What you do there is an example of the force called TORSION! In other words when you twist!
Shear! You probably know shears, the things to cut off wool from a sheep. Well the force has quite a similar idea! When a part of the object goes one way the other goes another!
Its funny coz the parents thought they started the car
On contact forces are forces that act on its object by touching it like pulling a rope or pushing a box!
Forces can be classified into two main categories! At a distant and on contact! At a distance forces are when a force acts on its object from a distance! Such as gravity pulling you to the center of the Earth.
