ThemeIn this story, Willy Wonka, owner of a chocolate factory opens factory doors for the first time to five lucky children who have randomly purchased the Wonka chocolate bars containing the golden ticket. Besides a lifetime supply of chocolates, these children get a chance to tour the mysterious factory with Willy Wonka. Throughout their journey in Wonka's factory the children encounter all sorts of silliness. The auther, Roald Dahl presents readers with four devious, self-serving children, Augustus Gloop, Veruca Salt, Violet Beauregarde, and Mike Teavee, while Charlie Bucket represents the contrast in character. The four children's selfish, greed, boasting, spoilt and voilence nature get them into trouble, which have the result of their elimination, while Charlie's characteristic integrity, honesty, and general sweetness afford him an opportunity to fulfill his dreams and win the special prize.

RecommendationI recommended this book because it made me think about how a real chocolate factory would look like. Also, I could imagine how the chocolates that I eat are made.
