Plants

- complex and single celled- these are the type of bacteria that is found everywhere and the ones most people are familiar with- have a particular chemical makeup - Some are helpful and produce vitamins, while others are can make you sick

- unicellular (1 cell)- found in extreme environments under conditions with no oxygen or highly acid environments

- Largest kingdom - Animals consist of many complex cells - Animals are heterotrophs, meaning they eat their food

- This kingdom contains all the plants on earth. - All plants are multicellular and consist of complex cells- Plants make their own food, making them autotrophs- Without plants, life on earth would not exists!

- include all microscopic organisms that are not bacteria, not animals, not plants and not fungi- unicellular and made of complex cells

- Multicellular and made of complex cells- CANNOT make their own food - Examples: mold,mildew, mushrooms- Some fungi you can eat, but others can make you sick or kill you!
