### The Soccer Shots

The Conclusion : Is everyone made a hole in one on three turns but Irene she only made it one time.

Test Your Hypothesis: First were going to go outside with a soccer ball, tape measurer, and flour. Then were going to shoot at the goal at the different angles which are 0,30,45,60,75,and 90. Then use the flour to mark the places. We will each time change the angle and distance. We will record the shots and see how many times it took it to get it in.

Zero degrees… Everyone made it in but 1 person. 30 degrees… Ever one made it but 1 person which was Elsie. 45 degrees… Every one made it in one shot but one person which is Irene. She made it in 5 shots and was her hardest shot so far. 60 degrees… Elsie was the only one who made it in one shot. 75 degrees… Nobody made it in one shot so that proves that that was one of the hardest shots. Last but not least, 90 degrees… Again nobody made it in one shot so the greater the angle the harder it was to get in the goal. The data tells us that the greater the angle the harder it was to get into the goal. The shorter the angle the easier it was to shoot into the goal… but not for Irene. She missed a lot of them.(Irene has NEVER played /practiced soccer except for gym class!)

The Problem: How many shots we will make by the angle and distance.

hypothesis: We think everone will make at least four shots on the last four shoots

Interpret: The data tells us that the greater the angle the harder it was to get it into the goal. The shorter the angle the easier it was to get into the goal.
