Background/Education: In 1990 I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/ Marketing. After working in the corporate world for 10 years, obtained my Master's Degree in Education from Niagara University.
Experience: I have been with the Grand Island Schools for 5 years, most recently teaching ELA and Social Studies in the sixth grade. My previous teaching experience includes working as a 6th Grade teacher at Lancaster Central Schools in the areas of Math, Social Studies and English. I have worked with students with a variety of skill levels. Through this experience, I have developed a strong interest and extensive knowledge in working with students with special needs.
