Why Am I So Sad?
Depression can cause people to think of suicide
When you are depressed, you can feel like..... Everything gets on your last nerve, Think of commiting suicide, You can lose or gain weight, You can have stomachaches, headaches, or chest pain.
When you move to a new town, and leave your best friends behind Or when a brand new brother or sister arrives, or even adopting a brother or sister.
MORE STUFF THAT CAUSES SADNESS...................... Constantly being teased, Having a loved one die, And people who can be extremely unsupportive.
Some people don't even know that they have depression. Depression can also run in families. Sometimes, when the parents are depressed, the kids can become depressed too.
Sadness is mainly caused by death or divorce. Some people can be very sad if they are the target for bullying. Sadness can also be caused by disappointments like losing a baseball game or something.
Some people are sad only once in a while. This is normal. But, some people are sad a lot. This is depression. Sadness is VERY natural. the only time it isn't is when you have depression.
